Mourners outside Kerugoya County and Referal Hospital Mortuary await the release of their Loved one’s bodies
An exchange of words erupted at Kerugoya County and Referal Mortuary after it was alleged that the only attendant at the bodies dispatch section was receiving bribes.The commotion was occasioned by a realization that the mortuary was holding so many bodies and people had to wait for longer to have their kin released.
A group of drunk men who had also come late were heard chest thumping that they had parted with 500/- to have their kin’s body released without delay. This caused an exchange between another group which had arrived earlier but the release of the body had been delayed unnecessarily.
